  1. We were on a flight back from Dalaman turkey last night. My daughter damaged her ankle outside the airport with 2 hrs to fly. The were so good the easy jet staff with helping us through the ordeal as we also have an autistic 7yr old daughter. We had had a terrible holiday with the hotel which upset her terribly. Thank u to your staff for getting us on that flight. I would like to ask you who can help us with our complaints with all the other bits and how we were treated and robbed blind by the Turkish at the airport and the hospital plus the doctor at the airport.i was charged roughly £500 before they would let me get on the flight. Please can u help us. Thank you for getting us home.

  2. Please help. I’m an easyjet plus member and once again this winter I’m lucky enough to be off to The 3 Vallees for one week each month. Problem is, I only want to take my skis out in December, leave them in the chalet for the winter, then bring them home in March. My skis only have to make two flights but I will be making eight. I don’t seem to be able to book skis on for one way only. I’ve tried booking flights on a single basis only but this still isn’t working. Can you help me?
