  2. I’ve been in hold for over an hour. So disappointing.
    The airlines cannot help me with seating, they direct me back to Travelocity. I also want to know about upgrading the cabin class. Please call me.

        Hold times for phone calls are 2-3 hours.
        I used Facebook messenger and no response at all to speak with an agent.

        Please provide and email that actually works.
        How are we ever supposed to get in contact with Travelocity with the inaccurate information you provide?? Very disappointing.
        I don’t think I’ll ever book with Travelocity again.

    Website down, got hung up on three times this morning while waiting on their phone tree, and email has bounced off their customer service email. Insurmountable obstacles…. you’re doing it right, Travelocity….

  4. Trying to ask for help, return transfer from hotel to airport. Local number for shuttle service will disconnect after waiting for 10 mins. Tried that multiple times. Called travelocity number on hold for over 1 hr.
    Tried messenger, no response..
    Why would travelocity do business with a shuttle company that has Multiple bad reviews ???

  5. No way to get in touch with anybody at Travelocity. My son has an expensive flight leaving to Dubai on Saturday which I booked through Travelocity and Emerites is refunding but needs to go through you. Maybe I’ll be able to buy something cheap and recover some of my losses in Travelocity’s “going out of business” sale soon..

  6. The worst customer support. Im in a loop that gets me nowhere. What good is it to be good at making reservations but absent when a change is necessary. This will definitely influence my future booking choices when we are on the other side of the chaos of COVID-19.

  7. Circle jerks! I’m tired or running in circles with your customer support!! My flight was today!! I’ve been calling and leaving messages on yahoo to cancel my flight since Las Vegas shut down! I’ve been trying to talk to a real person for weeks. Now my email account cannot connect thru Facebook. That’s why I’ve been trying to talk to a “REAL” person!! I just want to know that you have received my info and that you are working on my reimbursement. Please contact me ASAP!!!
